Shipping Policy


Mainland UK
All delivery estimates are based on information provided by the shipping provider and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. All products from Cinnabar Collectibles are packaged and posted from the UK.

Our preferred shipping provider is Royal Mail. Other shipping providers are used where necessary. 

1. Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase, items can take longer than 48 hours to dispatch dependent on order volumes. We strive to ensure order are dispatched no later than 48 hours from the order being placed.  Our working hours are 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, however, we do still ship items on Saturday's if the order is placed before 10am on the Saturday. Orders are dispatched based on the order of purchase

All items are shipped from the UK. 

2. International Orders
We do not currently offer international orders. 

Customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties. If a delivery is refused or returned due to non-payment of charges, incorrect address information, or similar issues, any incurred costs may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund.

International postage costs (excluding import charges) will be displayed at checkout after entering the delivery address.

3. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect address.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a restocking or return postage fee may apply. The cost of re-delivery will need to be paid before the order is dispatched again.

We cannot compensate for errors caused by incorrect customer information.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Cinnabar Collectibles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your parcel is lost due to an error by the postage company:

Complete the “Declaration of Non-Receipt” form provided by Royal Mail.

Contact us with the completed form to initiate a claim process.

Royal Mail is our preferred method of shipping. 

Packages sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 are insured up to £150. Higher value orders requiring insurance coverage will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Claims for missing, stolen, or damaged parcels are handled at our discretion and may take up to 45 working days to process.
